Terms and conditions governing the use of Vortex Care Solutions services
Effective Date: February 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Vortex Care Solutions Private Limited ("Vortex Care," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vortex Care Solutions Private Limited.
2. Services Offered
Vortex Care Solutions provides comprehensive facility management services including, but not limited to:
- Electrical installation, repair, and maintenance services
- Plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance services
- Pest control and prevention services
- Deep cleaning and sanitation services
- Interior and exterior painting services
Our services are available in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, and Trivandrum District, Kerala. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to technician availability.
3. Service Booking and Scheduling
Services can be booked through our phone line (+91-9003416555), email (info@vortexcare.in), WhatsApp, or website contact form. Emergency services are available 24/7 for electrical and plumbing emergencies. Regular services are scheduled during business hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred service time. Actual service scheduling is subject to technician availability and may be adjusted with prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service pricing will be communicated before work begins. Estimates are provided free of charge for most services. Final pricing may vary based on actual work required, materials used, and time spent.
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (INR only)
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Net Banking
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For large projects, we may require a deposit or milestone payments. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Service Warranty
Vortex Care Solutions provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on all completed services from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from natural disasters, accidents, or force majeure events
- Modifications or repairs performed by third parties
- Consumable materials or parts not installed by Vortex Care
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect the work before authorizing warranty service.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
6.1 Customer Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment without penalty by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to ₹500, depending on the service type and technician dispatch status.
6.2 Vortex Care Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at your convenience.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vortex Care Solutions maintains comprehensive liability insurance with coverage up to ₹1 crore (10 million INR). Our liability for any service-related damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, except where prohibited by law.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the customer
- Consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
- Damages resulting from customer failure to follow maintenance recommendations
- Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.
8. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring service
- Disclose all known issues, hazards, or special conditions related to the property
- Provide accurate contact information and service requirements
- Ensure pets are secured during service visits
- Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas
- Be present or designate an authorized representative during service
- Notify us immediately of any concerns during or after service completion
- Comply with all payment terms
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Vortex Care website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vortex Care Solutions Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. The "Vortex Care" name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, India.
Before pursuing legal action, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. We are committed to working with our customers to find fair and reasonable solutions to any concerns.
11. Force Majeure
Vortex Care Solutions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, or failures of third-party service providers.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email or other reasonable means when practicable.
